Customer specific automated valve assemblies
The most common non catalog product we offer is to supply the specific valve or actuator that you require. (For example you may want a Firesafe Ball Valve, for a chemical process application, with an El-o-matic rack & pinion actuator and a StoneL limit switch. No matter what your preferred valve and actuator we can provide a complete assembly that meets all of your requirements.

Manual Valves with limit switches
Manual valves with position indication switches allow you to monitor
the status of manual valves as well as automated valves.

Lock Out Devices
The lock out device is becoming more popular due to
the increasing value being placed on operator safety
and eliminating waste due to accidental
product spills and contamination.

Electric Failsafe Valve Actuators
Electric Failsafe actuators are used when valve must go to a
predetermined position when the power fails.

Shaft extensions
Shaft extensions are normally used when
the handle or actuator must be raised or
lowered so that the operator can get to it
easily either for operating the valve or
servicing the actuator.

Tee Assemblies
Tee Assemblies are used when you need an
economical method to divert flow in large
diameter piping (normally 2" and above).
The most common type of Tee assembly
consists of a tee (cast iron or PVC) with
resilient seated butterfly valves
like the ST Series.
